Hi this is a CENTRAL PNEUMATIC 3/8 REVERSIBLE AIR DRILL MAXIMUM AIR PRESSURE 90 PSI AIR INLET 1/4 18 NPT MAXIMUM SPEED 1700RPM. The AIR DRILL seems to have never been used . I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TEST It BUT IT APPEARS TO BE NEW ONLY MINOR SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES BEING THAT IT WAS LOOSE INSIDE THE PALLET WITHOUT ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. item you see is the actual item you will receive. SHIPPING :
I ship mostly FEDEX GROUND , or USPS it depend where it is going . I sent the items as soon as payment clears EXCEPT on HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS( if you pay your item before 2pm central time on Friday I will send your item that day if not it will be sent off the following Monday ) all items sent wil have a Tracking # sent to buyer.
Hawaii , Alaska, Canada , Puerto Rico will have to pay additional shipping fees . If you live outside the U.S send me a message and I wil give you a quote on the shipping fees. I will only ship to the confirmed adress you have on EBay or PayPal.
RETURNS- EXCHANGES- ISSUES:
I do have a no return policy , but I will issue you a refund , exchange if for some reason the item is not working properly as I stated I am only human and try to do the best I can with the item I am selling, just send it back BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING. If you feel item is not described PLEASE contact me before opening a case with ebay I will try to resolve the matter the best quickest possibly way I can to come to an agreement I will answer your message the days stated Monday trough Friday .
