This knife display stand will work best with folding knives between 3 to 4 1/4 inches long when closed. For comparison - the knife pictured (

) is 4 1/4 inches long closed.
Agate is a fairly durable stone with a Mohs hardness rating of 6.5 to 7 and serves as a natural, beautiful, and stable knife display stand base.
The Neodymium magnets are very strong Rare-Earth magnets that are up to 10 times stronger than all other ferrite, ceramic or alnico magnets and will last a lifetime. They are coated with a Nickel alloy for long lasting durability, and a more polished look.
